In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "sob999" refers to the online gaming platform operated at sob999.app and all associated subdomains, services, and products provided thereunder.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual to access and use the sob999 platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on sob999 or who accesses the platform without registration.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's Account denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any bonus funds credited in accordance with applicable promotional terms.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process sob999 applies to all accounts prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the sob999 website, its web application, all game lobbies, the sportsbook, sob999 Casino, and all associated services accessible at sob999.app.
• "Sportsbook" means sob999's sports betting product, covering football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and others), badminton, MotoGP, esports, and other sporting events.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to sob999 is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or sob999's internal compliance policy.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by sob999 for operational, settlement, and promotional purposes.

Access to sob999 and registration of an Account is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of the Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. sob999 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. We apply a mandatory age verification process and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. sob999 is designed and operated as a platform for the Indonesian market. Players accessing the platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so in violation of these Terms and may have their accounts suspended without notice.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you represent that you are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from being bound by these Terms.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on sob999. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether applied voluntarily through sob999's responsible gaming tools or pursuant to any external exclusion programme.
• Not Acting on Behalf of a Third Party: You must be registering and playing exclusively on your own behalf, using your own funds. Acting as an agent for or depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.

To access sob999's full range of products — including the sportsbook, sob999 Casino, slots, Capsa Susun, and Sakong — you must register a verified Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. sob999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify sob999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and consistent with the identity documents you submit during KYC verification.
• sob999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
• Accounts registered with false or misleading information will be closed and any balance forfeited without recourse.
• You must update your Account information promptly if any details change, including your residential address or contact email.
• sob999 may require re-verification of identity at any point during the account lifecycle, particularly following changes to account details or unusual account activity.

sob999 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed and may be triggered at any point by unusual account activity, large transaction volumes, or as part of sob999's routine compliance programme.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence — showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A document confirming your residential address in Indonesia, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals is registered in your verified name. sob999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

KYC documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. sob999 processes KYC submissions within two business days under normal circumstances. Accounts pending KYC verification may have withdrawal capabilities temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

sob999 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment channels are supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP — available for both deposits and withdrawals.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay — available for deposits and withdrawals 24/7 including Indonesian public holidays.

Deposits: Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance once payment confirmation is received. sob999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges. sob999 is not responsible for third-party processing fees.

Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, provided the method is registered in your verified name. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. sob999 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within five minutes during operational hours; actual credit to your bank account or e-wallet is subject to your financial institution's processing time.

• sob999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or display unusual patterns.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the verified account holder's name will not be processed under any circumstances.
• sob999 does not accept deposits from or issue withdrawals to credit cards or any payment method not listed in the accepted channels above.
• Any bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 and cannot be withdrawn as cash until those requirements are fully satisfied.

sob999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and event-specific offers aligned with fixtures such as BRI Liga 1 match weeks, the UEFA Champions League knockout stages, and seasonal Indonesian holidays including Idul Fitri and the Ramadhan period. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your Account.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets, slots, live casino games, and card games may contribute at different rates as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: sob999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines that bonus funds have been exploited through low-risk wagering strategies, collusion, or other forms of bonus abuse.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Indonesian residents aged 21 or over who hold a verified sob999 Account in good standing. sob999 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Certain promotions may cap the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated through bonus funds. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the individual promotion's terms.

Each product category on sob999 — Sportsbook, sob999 Casino, Slots, Capsa Susun, and Sakong — is governed by its own set of product-specific rules available within the relevant game lobby or betting interface. The following general provisions apply across all product categories:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. sob999 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a wager has been placed and accepted by the system.
• sob999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error, data feed error, or manifest mistake has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Account Balance.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at sob999's discretion, including immediately following a notable in-game event such as a goal, red card, or match abandonment.
• All casino games — including live dealer tables in the sob999 Casino — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or verified live dealer procedures. Game results are independently audited by the respective game provider.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform error during an active game round, sob999's system logs constitute the definitive record of game state. sob999 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes in the Player's favour where the fault is attributable to the platform.
• Bet settlement times are expressed in WIB (UTC+7). Results for international events are settled as soon as official confirmation is received from the relevant sporting authority.

sob999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We strongly encourage all users to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered sob999 players from the Account dashboard or via live chat support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a specified amount of time has elapsed during an active gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, access to all betting and gaming products is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the sob999 platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sob999 platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, including placing bets or spinning slot reels.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers, or any form of collusion with other players.
• Attempting to launder funds through the sob999 platform. sob999 cooperates fully with anti-money-laundering investigations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Accessing sob999 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or any other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including sharing login credentials or acting as a proxy player.

All content on the sob999 platform — including but not limited to the sob999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of sob999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without sob999's express written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the platform.
• Use the sob999 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context not explicitly authorised in writing by sob999.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the platform on another website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sob999's total liability to any Player in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

sob999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, whether or not sob999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside sob999's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processor outages, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Decisions made by Players based on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game recommendations.

sob999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data handling principles applicable to sob999 include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of platform services.
• sob999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, plus any additional retention period required by applicable regulatory obligations.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to sob999's legal obligations to retain certain records.

sob999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts may incur a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 25.000 after this period, deducted from any remaining Balance).
• Request by the Player to close their own Account, including via the self-exclusion process.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, sob999 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and there is no outstanding breach, the verified Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five business days.

sob999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the sob999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sob999 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between sob999 and a Player, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact sob999's support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. sob999 aims to provide an initial response within 48 hours and a full resolution within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at Step 1 to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to sob999's designated compliance team. sob999 will provide contact details for escalation upon request.
• Step 3 — External Review: Where a dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, Players may refer the matter to sob999's licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution body, the details of which are available on request.

Nothing in this clause limits sob999's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
